Costa Rica Villas offers six different villas from which you may choose.

These private luxury villas are located in Ocotal in the Guanacaste province, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Papagayo, on the northwest coast of Costa Rica. The amazing view is one of the most beautiful in the world and second to none.

While ideal for any escape, our villas are also perfect for your wedding and honeymoon.

Villas Paraiso, Isla Azul, Mariposa, Lapa, and Lora offer all-inclusive packages which include three meals per day, snacks, open bar, and the services of a cook, housekeeper, and bartender. Our Villas Manager, Francisco, and Allan our Tour Guide can arrange a variety of activities and tours to suit any taste or sense of adventure.

Villa Paraiso (above right) is our flagship villa, with seven air-conditioned bedrooms and seven and a half baths (now with an optional 8th bedroom owner's suite).

Villa Isla Azul (above) has five ocean-view, air-conditioned bedrooms, and six full baths.

Villa Mariposa (right) caters to smaller groups and couples with three air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Villa Lapa (left) has five air-conditioned ocean-view bedrooms with veranda or balcony access and five and half baths.

Villa Lora (below right), our newest two-story villa, offers seven air-conditioned bedrooms and eight full baths.

Villa Las Brisas (below) offers a non-inclusive package, but boasts a large kitchen where you can prepare your own meals should you care to do so. Housekeeping, pool, and yard service are available daily, Monday through Saturday.
