Our all-inclusive rates include three meals per day, snacks, a full open bar and staff to provide you with five-star services. Villa del Mar is an all-inclusive private, luxury, two-level, six bedroom, six bath villa. A full staff - cook, bartender, and housekeeper - are at your service. They arrive around 7 a.m. and depart shortly after dinner.
Food & Beverages
You will enjoy daily mouth watering meals prepared by our talented Costa Rican cooks and staff using local fresh ingredients. The villa's bartender serves the meals and handles the bar during the day and early evening before and during dinner.
Breakfast - Normally served around 8:00 a.m., breakfast is cooked to order and served with fresh fruit, toast, juices, hash browns, pancakes or French toast, gallo pinto, and our famous Costa Rican Coffee.
Lunch - Lunch is typically served from noon to 1:00 p.m. and consists of a variety of salads such as the delicious tarragon chicken, grape, and almond salad. Other lunches consist of our famous tacos, quesadillas, grilled chicken, nachos, pasta, and grilled fish or chicken strips. If you take a day trip or tour that does not include lunch, our staff will gladly pack you lunch and refreshments.
Dinner - Our fabulous four-course dinners are served around 6:00 p.m. and consist of an entree served with salad or soup, fresh side vegetables, bread and dessert. Entrees are made using the freshest local ingredients, including fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruit, as well as chicken, beef, and pork. Among the seafood and entrees served during the week's stay are fresh whole pan fried red snapper, grilled mahi-mahi, sea bass, shrimp, lobster, beef tenderloin, Hawaiian pork chop, chicken parmesan, and lasagna.
Beverages - Your friendly bartender will gladly mix and serve refreshing drinks while you relax in the pool or sit in your rocker on the patio. The bar includes two kinds of Costa Rican beer, white and red house wines, rum, vodka, tequila, gin, bourbon and scotch. Bartender specialties include our famous margaritas, pina coladas, mojitos, daiquiris or other frozen drinks made with the freshest ingredients. Soft drinks, fruit drinks, milk, and legendary Costa Rican coffee are also available. The bar remains open in the evening after the staff leaves but you will have to fix your own drinks until they return at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. "Pura Vida!"
Additional Villa Amenities
The housekeeper cleans the entire house daily and provides fresh linens and towels. She will also launder your personal washable items of clothing daily so you can pack light.
With a picture perfect view of the vibrant Bay of Papagayo, you will likely find yourself wanting to kick back and relax at the villa. You can lounge by the pool and watch the boats return from their fishing trips while our attentive staff brings you drinks. In the evening, witness the breathtaking sunsets that illuminate the bay before nightfall. You can also let the 5 Star Salon come to the villa to pamper you with massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, and even haircuts.
The living room is uniquely decorated and furnished with a locally made rattan sofa and large cushions plus two oversized rattan/cushion chairs. Local art adorns the walls and the entertainment system includes a large television with Direct TV, DVD player, and a super stereo system with a CD player, and outside and inside speakers, plus free wireless internet service throughout the villa.

Driving Directions from Liberia, Costa Rica Airport to Villa del Mar
From the Liberia Airport, you would take a right out of the airport) and follow the highway until you see the signs to Playa Coco (Coco beach) and El Ocotal.
Take a right (a service station will be on your left) and proceed to Coco Beach, about 15 minutes.
As you approach Coco Beach, follow the signs to Ocotal and take a left just before you get to the Coco Beach Hotel which is on the right (Super Compro Supermarket is on the left where you turn).
When you cross the first bridge, turn right. You will cross over another bridge as you wind through a village for two miles before coming upon El Ocotal.
As you drive through the guarded gate in El Ocotal, make a hard left U Turn up the hill.
At the crest of that first hill it appears that you are going to drive into a villa then the road makes a hard right.
As you make that hard right there is a white contemporary villa on your right.
Just past the white contemporary villa on the right is the gated entrance to Villa del Mar.
As you pull through the entrance you will see the driveway to Villa del Mar to the right.
